Job Description
Responsibilities
- Participate in the work organization (business process modelling, draft oprational processes, etc.);
- Change management (strategize, plan and manage organizational changes, etc.);
- Oversee the training (strategize and plan the training sessions, prepare the course material, advertise the training sessions, etc.);
- Produce system driving reports as well as validate the development team's and user's reports (functional files, strategic implementation, test strategies, system driving guides, user's guides, etc.);
- Support the customers.
Required Profile
- A college (DEC) or university (BAC) degree in IT (or the equivalent);
- A minimum of seven (7) years of practical experience in IT;
- A minimum of one (1) year of experience as a systems pilot.
